1. Introduction
Welcome to GunStreamer, operated by Secure Shield Corporation ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform ("Platform"). Please read this policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE PLATFORM.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Platform includes:
Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your full legal name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Platform or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Platform, such as live auctions and chat.
Financial Data: When you add a payment method, your payment information (such as credit card number, expiration date, and CVC) is sent directly and securely to our third-party payment processors (e.g., Fortis, Bolt). We do not store your complete, original credit card information on our servers. To facilitate future payments, our payment processor returns a secure Payment Token. We only store this token, along with non-sensitive information for display purposes, such as the last four digits, the card brand, and the expiration date of your card.
Verification Data: Information required for identity verification, which may include a government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license), facial recognition data, and, where legally required, your Social Security Number. This data is collected and processed by our third-party KYC providers (Jumio, Alloy, etc.).
FFL Transfer Data: Information about your chosen Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, including their license number and address, required to complete a firearm transfer.
Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Platform, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Platform.
3. Use of Your Information

Create and manage your account.
Facilitate and process transactions, including auctions and payments.
Coordinate the legally required FFL transfer process between the Dealer and your chosen FFL.
Perform identity verification (KYC) to comply with federal and state laws.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Platform.

Communicate with you regarding your account or transactions.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes sharing information with law enforcement for firearms regulation compliance and ATF inspection purposes.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (Fortis), identity verification (Jumio, Alloy), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
