1000 Yard 223 Savage Axis Part 1

This will be the first in a series of videos on a new Savage Axis chambered in 223. This is just a first look video and in the next few weeks, I am going to attempt to take this rifle out to 1000 yards.

The cons are the slow twist rate of 1-9, and probably the worst trigger I have ever pulled. It's that bad!!!

I plan on Shooting Hornady 73g ELD Bullets on a charge of Varget

Using a EGW 20 MOA Base

Weaver Medium 4 hole 1 inch rings

Sightron SiH-Tac 3-9x40
