In General

Part 3 of my series of stretching out a Budget 223 to 1000 yards. Today I begin my load testing. I wanted to reach the max charge I can shoot safely. I had no problems stabilizing the 73g Rounds.

I also worked on the trigger, and It's nice. Big difference from the other day.

DO NOT DUPLICATE THESE LOADS.

Savage Axis .223
EGW 20 MOA Base
Weavet 4 hole 1" Medium Height Rings
Sightron SiH-TAC 3-9x40 scope.
Plan on shooting Hornady 73g ELD's on a charge of Varget.
