2003 Ford F150 5.4 liter Triton Spark Plug removal and install - do it yourself and save some cash

In General

2003 F150 5.4 liter spark plug install. If I can do then so can you.
I've been told it is possible to do this without removing the fuel rails. I know it is for the coil packs but I had trouble with the tools I used for the spark plugs so I just popped the rails to make it easier.

Save some dollars. 3" body lift recommended prior to attempting spark plug installation.
