$40 Walmart Survival Kit

I challenged myself to make a survival kit from items at Walmart for $40 or under. It had to cover the 5 C's of survival from Dave
Cantebury. This would be a 24-48 hr scenario at the longest. Let's see what you can come up with!

Goes to show you don't have to have a lot of $$ to build a decent kit all at your local wally world. This kit is far from complete, but a good starting point for not a lot of $$!
