9mm+P VS .357 Magnum Short Barrels Episode 4. Inceptor Preferred Defense ARX
In a quest to see how .357 Magnum compares to 9mm+P in pocket sized guns, I have selected two of the most common sized handguns to see how the ballistics compare. The .357 Magnum is a Taurus 605 revolver with a 2" barrel that weighs 21 oz and has a total bullet nose to muzzle internal gun travel of roughly 2.1". The 9mm pistol is a Taurus G2C that also weighs 21 oz and has a 3.5" barrel and also has roughly 2.1" bullet nose to muzzle internal gun travel. Today's episode is with Inceptor Preferred Defense ARX ammunition. The 9mm+P is a 65 gr polymer/copper matrix bullet with a rated velocity of 1,695 FPS and the .357 Magnum is an 86 gr polymer/copper matrix bullet with a rated velocity of 1,650 FPS. Always appreciative of any channel help :)
