An Axe? In a convenience store? No big deal?

We live in a world where evil people shall do evil things regardless of the tools available to them. But what can we do to prevent, or at least minimize, that evil being directed at us?

Situational awareness can go a long way! Someone in a convenience store with an axe and a knife should set off some alarms. It's probably a great idea to make some distance, since distance equals safety.

Be aware of your surroundings and observe people as they enter into the store. The person at the checkout was completely unaware.
