A Quick Visit to Trona, CA and the Trona Pinnacles

The Trona Pinnacles are a natural feature in the california desert located at the south-end of Searles Dry Lake, about 12mi East of Ridgecrest, CA and 10mi South of Trona CA, they are off Hwy 178 a few miles on a dirt road that heads due south (Visible from the Hwy though).

I didn't think there was much to see, it's a neat geological feature, but it didn't warrant much more than a drive through.
