A Reminder to Obey the Rules of Stupid | Active Self Protection

In General

Honestly, the best bet for the victim here would have been to follow the Rules of Stupid: Don't go Stupid places, with Stupid people, at Stupid times, and do Stupid things. Break one and you might be okay. Break 2 or more Rules of Stupid, though, and you're in trouble.

NEWS STORIES, MORE INFO:

This video was sent to me by someone who wishes not to be named, but who has some access to the security footage for this building in Toronto. This incident never made the news, so there are no news stories on it. It's not on the internet anywhere, either, so this is the raw footage. It's an ASP exclusive.
