Budget Scope Under $40: Pinty 6-24X50

This is a first impression review of the Pinty 6-24X50 budget rifle optic. This scope has all of the basic features one needs to get into the sport of shooting. Is it the best budget rifle scope? I don't think you can do much better for the money (under $40), but if you disagree then let me know about it in the comments below.
