Causes of failure to eject

There are a few causes of a failure to eject malfunction in your pistol. One of the easiest things to do is to make sure you clean under the ejector properly. Any buildup on the ejector can cause the ejector to not fully engage the cartridge and not be able to pull it out of the chamber.

Another issue could be a broken extractor. Inspect the extractor on your pistol very closely and if it has any damage it should be replaced.

You also might be using a cheap ammo. Bad ammo is a big cause of failure to eject.
