The World's Finest Trimmer by Little Crow Gun Works can be quickly set to the trim length you desire and you can set the trim length back in increments of 0.001" for a specific length of trim. For best results use the same case head stamp from the same lot from the same rifle. However, from hands on use, I have found it is very effective for range cases too.
