We demonstrate some ways to clean your harvest. Opening day usually means a lot of birds that need to be cleaned. Once the shooting stops the work begins so grab the gang and start to clean! Here we show one of the most popular methods for preparing doves, the breasting technique. This works great for lots of small birds and go in the pan or on the grill equally as well. Another method is to fully pluck and gut your catch, this way works great when you want to make soup or stew and you get a lot more flavor from using the whole carcass.
