My House rep already told me he will not vote for any Red Flag bills or any legislation that violates the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights that he swore an oath to uphold and defend. What we need is legislation that cracks down on negligent parties such as law enforcement and families that do not get court orders for mental health exams when there is plenty of evidence to warrant a court order. We need laws to prevent negligence and dereliction of duty. Not Red Flag laws.
