How much does it cost to get into reloading (9mm)?

In General

Today we will take a look at the equipment and supplies that I will be using to reload 9mm. I plan to reload other calibers but want to take my time getting into the craft of reloading. Here is my take on what the monetary investment would cost someone just getting into reloading!

Don't get me wrong, you can save quite a bit if you hunt around for used reloading equipment, only use brass that you find, collect, reuse vs. buy and stick with what comes in a beginner kit but I also offer some options for upgrading to make the process easier.

Let's run through the basics of cleaning the Norinco SKS Sporter rifle!

Great video. That was a lot of valuable information packed into 20 minutes and 11 seconds. Good continuity also. The video did not seem as long as it it was. That single stage press kit
comes with a lot for the price. Sometimes ordering on Amazon or another online retailer is cheaper than directly from Lee, and sometimes not. Getting used gear is a great option too, as most reloading stuff lasts a long time. I am glad you showed some used stuff in your setup too. My first press was a Lyman Spartan or Spar-T turret that I bought used. My first beam scale: RCBS 505 - used. I look forward to more reloading videos and Caliber Corner episodes.
