During my military career, I experienced many negligent discharges. These incidents occurred mainly in combat areas and were the results of individuals not paying attention. Remember, as shooters we need to take responsibilities of of firearms and security plan. Once we make the decision of carrying a firearm, we also need to make the decision of being responsible and seek firearm training.
