How to Shoot the M1 Garand Rifle - Shooting Positions Part 2 of 2 - Army Training Movie

Enhanced version of US Military training film demonstrating positions for shooting the M1 Garand rifle.


The United States government produced a rather lengthy training film to help recruits learn how to use and shoot the M1 Cal. .30 Rifle, commonly known as the Garand. The film consisted of five parts, four of which have been transferred from film to video.

I downloaded and worked on the videos, enhancing the audio track and tweaking the video to make it a bit easier to watch. I also inserted nicer transitions and music, where appropriate.

Be advised that due to the length of some sections, I had to split the segment into two parts, such as in this case.
