Is the Sylvan Arms AR15 Folding Adapter Bad? // Affordable Folding Ar15 Adapter

For full transparency, I was sent this adapter. I think it's a good value or what you're getting. Keep in mind I've only had this for a little over a week with about 300 rounds through and still going strong. I AM NOT A PRO so take what I say with a grain of salt.
