Long distance compitition in my home town

Went to a match today at distance. 1200 yards timed match with 8 stations. Joining with my friend Steve, but can't shoot till the next match.
Man did they have good equiptment and skills. Plus the food was great as was the people. Around 50 to 56 shooters.
Even without shooting, it was a great day and can't wait till the next one so I can compete. Steve and I will be putting in some practice at 500 to a 1000 tomorrow with a bunch of practice in the next couple of weeks getting our ballistics worked out
