Another mass shooting has occurred in California. A state with some of the strictest gun control laws in the country. Among which are background checks, 10 day waiting periods, safety certificates, 10 round magazine limits etc. Guns are not the problem, simply a tool. The real problem is the man or woman behind it and anyone who tells you otherwise has an agenda and does not care about our lives or safety.
