Massachusetts Rushes to be 1st State to Ban Bump Stocks
Lt. Governor Polito has signed the budget without a veto, closing one of the most disappointing chapters in the history of the Massachusetts legislature.
The law includes an outright ban on bump stocks and trigger cranks, but does not ban firearms designed to be fired by crank, such as antique Gatling Guns.
