NEA's Slow Cooker Lasagna tabletop review/taste test!

Recipe for 2-4 people...2 lbs cooked and drained ground beef, add italian seasoning to taste during cooking(I added 2 tablespoons) , 2-24 oz. cans of your favorite spaghetti sauce, 24 oz mozzarella, 15 oz tub or ricotta cheese, parmesean cheese can (I used 3 oz of Kraft), 1 12-16oz box of oven ready lasagna. Cook on high on crock pot for at least 2 hours, then low for an additional 1-2 (all crock pots vary and cooking time may vary, too) until you can poke a butter knife through the center and go through all of the noodles with no resistance.

Layer in this order.
1. Spaghetti sauce
2. Lasagna noodles
3. Ricotta
4. Hamburger
5. Mozzarella
6. Parmesean

Repeat until you have run out of ingredients.

Cook on high in slow cooker for 2 hours, follow up 1-2 hours on low. Once the heat has been turned off, the longer you let it settle, the more defined and thicker/solid the layers will be.
