When third parties are coerced into becoming the agents of the government, including big tech companies and telecommunications companies, or when your computer or any other computer is used as a tool or agent of the government, or when any program is used on your or any other third-party computer to spy on you and to serve or benefit the government by being in your space, it’s breaking the third amendment. It’s the agent of the government in your home. Buy this measure computers modems cell phones other like Tronics, are being used as the agent of the government as are your Wi-Fi and cell service providers as our big check and telecommunications companies that process your data. Those companies have a presence in your home every time they connect with your computer to serve you, but they’re also serving the government.
