Ruger 10/22, Nikon P-Rimfire, Burris Zee Rings, Video 8, Saddle the Scope for Proper Eye Relief

Before I mounted my scope I verified perfect alignment with my alignment bars. You can see how I verified that in the previous video of this series.

If you are running a Picatinny style rail, more than likely you do not have to lap the rings due to the tighter tolerances of the rail. However, you always need to verify proper alignment before mounting the scope, otherwise you may damage the aluminum tube. God bless and thanks for watching. Highboy
