Savage Rascal 22 Long Rifle Review and Hunt Report

Are rifles like the Savage Rascal single-shot .22 long rifle viable for hunting? I took this rifle out and tested it at the range, then during a hunt for ground squirrel here in SW Idaho. I give my thoughts on this rifle, as well as some ideas to make it more accurate for ethical shots.
