After sitting in a deer blind for almost 2 hours, we decided to get out and walk. It was a great opportunity to take advantage of the wet ground to help muffle our foot steps. My hunting partner and I got separated and decided to meet up at a designated point. While I was waiting for him to arrive, he texted me that an Axis deer was coming right towards my location. I shot this Buck with in 10 yards of where I was standing.

Hunting on a low fence property has its advantages in that you never know what you are gonna see.
