EDIT: I apologize, I misspoke here. I tested on a couple silcocks that the cresecent worked on. It was brought to my attention that most are in fact housed too deep for a crescent to reach. Water key IS in fact the better tool for urban water use. Sorry!
The urban get home bag - it's not exactly a Bug Out Bag - but it's not exactly an EDC bag either. This is a combination of emergency supplies, tools, preparedness items, survival equipment and other gear that will increase your chances of getting where you're trying to go. Many of these tools can come in handy in a SHTF scenario - but most of them can also help out in a regular, normal life situation.
Be prepared. This is my personal get home bag setup. Going over some gear I keep in my car, primarily my get home bag for a SHTF scenario where I am within 20 miles or less of my home. A practical approach to being prepared for an emergency situation.
