Most 9mm 147gr ammo is subsonic when fired from a 4"-5" pistol barrel. We fire 9mm 147gr Gold Dot fired from a CZ Scorpion with a 7.72" barrel into clear gel to assess velocity, penetration, expansion, and retained weight.
