Yehuda Remer and I discuss Gun Books for Kids

I just published a children's book titled "My Daddy has a Gun... and my Mom does too!", which was inspired by the work of Yehuda Remer (@theoewpewjew) who has written several children's books on gun topics over the last few years.
I wanted to create something that complimented his works on safety, Gun rights and general gun knowledge.
"My Daddy has a Gun..." follows the thoughts of a grade schooler as she chronicles all the people in her world who have and use guns everyday. The Grandfather who hunts, the aunt who shoots trap, the Father's friend who is a cop and her Mom who carries for protection, as examples.
The book is meant to provide a starting point for honest family conversations about the ubiquity of guns in our society, at least as justification for why firearms safety education is so important. I hope that the book will inspire Gun owning families and help those that don't teach their kids about our culture as well.
