Neil is retired Army where he trained as a Unit Supply Specialist, Combat Engineer, Kiowa Crew Chief, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator. His experience includes being a trained unit armorer in the Army and as a gunsmith with the American Gunsmithing Institute's Enhanced Master Gunsmith course.
