12k Calorie Epic Cheat Day
Let's start by filing this under "I don't recommend trying this at home!"
I made the obviously intelligent decision to start bulking season with 4x my daily maintenance calories and a 3.5 mile run (in plates) on sand dunes. Fortunately, my misery is your entertainment!
