Could have damaged disconnector, happened to me and the pull just got worse and worse. Replaced disconnector and voila!
my guess is that the lapping compound was not fully removed. would disassemble again and fully clean bearing surfaces
Congratulations,you just added 2lbs to your perfectly good trigger. LOL
