The range where I am a member has a 24" plate on the rear berm at a range of 640-650 yards from the firing point. I've done a few tests with different ammo and cartridges seeing just how many times I could hit this target. It's a valuable data-point in terms of long range consistency of any ammunition.
In a previous video, I fired at this target with a 18" 5.56 rifle using PMC and Winchester Ammo, this time it was starting to get dark, and I didn't want to dial in my correction, but after a few shots I found my range and started dropping them on the big 24" and the smaller (12-18") plate. In the light I had, I didn't even see there was a smaller plate (you can see it in the video though).
