.32 H&R Magnum VS .380 ACP Critical Defense (LCR VS LCP)

In General

Both the .32 H&R Magnum and .380 ACP have on average similar bullet weights, velocity and energy from short barrels. How will they compare to each other with similar bullets being fired? The .380 ACP is a 90 gr FTX bullet with a rated muzzle velocity of 1,000 FPS and the .32 H&R Magnum is an 80 gr FTX bullet with a rated muzzle velocity of 1,150 FPS. Guns used are the Ruger LCP and Ruger LCR. Always appreciative of any channel help :)
