There are several things wrong with this video. Bend the rails FIRST. The top part of the jig needs to go inside of the bottom part to prevent the frame from flexing while drilling. Second, (technically this is the first thing you do) when you bend the rails start with the wedge part on the ends. JSD supply has a video on their web site (and youtube) showing all the steps and order you need to do this in. Third, the amount of the tabs you need to cut of is the amount sticking out of the top of the jig. No need for measuring or math.

im impressed with the jig, id seen a sight carrying these aswell as 228 style 80 percents and found them rather nifty. thanks for putting up a video for it, i things thats about as streamlined as any sig assembly could possibly get.
