An open letter to the Conference Committee Regarding H4139

Toby released a letter to the members of the MA Conference Committee on House Bill H4139 last week and this is a reading of that letter. We need to remind the members of the Legislature they lack the Constitutional Authority to take away, restrict, or encumber our 2nd Amendment. To do so is an ABUSE OF POWER.
