Building ARs are addictive, once you do one it is hard to stop. I use taped up channel locks on the roll pins to squeeze them in instead of tapping them in with the punches. No matter how well I tape up the lower I always scratch it. Be very mindful of the detent and spring when installing the front takedown pin. It’s very easy to launch them into never - never land. My first one I did inside a big clear plastic bag as a friend suggested so I wouldn’t loose the detent. Good thing to because I launched it a couple times before for I got it in. Good luck.

I'm going to buy a 1/4 clevis pin for that install next time. I launched the spring and detent TWICE! It went together relatively smooth update coming soon. Thanks NC

Thanks Cobra. The Areoshell was cheap enough and that little container will do prob 100 rifles . Much more than I need. If your going to do it DO IT RIGHT!
