so you're saying the bolt is hitting the mag follower after the last round, that means the bolt catch is not catching the bolt on empty? either your bolt catch is not rising high enough to catch the bolt, or the BCG isn't getting enough gas to get the bolt behind the bolt catch so that the bolt catch can do its' job. you're not getting "last-round-bolt-hold-open", bolt is not going back far enough, so either try a lighter buffer, or give it more gas. perhaps the gas block is not perfectly aligned over the gas port so gas is being restricted. it is a standard M4 buffer spring or an extra power spring? hopefully just the std M4 bfr spring. just my 2 cents.

I'm not sure if you seen my other videos . It does not have a bolt catch to make it California compliant it has the juggernaut magazine lock Witch deletes the bolt catch.
