AR9 PCC upper from Delta Team Craptical

So. Ryan and I took this 16" 9mm upper out a few times to attempt to get this upper running smooth. So far no dice.
While we did have a great day at the range, I really wanted to get a chance to expend some ammo and have some pistol caliber carbine fun.
Unfortunately it was more frustrating than anything. Time for me to buy or build a quality upper that I can bet my life on.
