Barrier Defense AR upper. AR10 upper from Barrier Defense. reveiw of the (BARRIER DEFENSE)

Found and bought this upper off gunbroker. Knew nothing about this company did a quick google search and found their website and that was about it. Read their description on the upper and thought I'd take a chance on this company. Put in a bid with my own money and won the upper. The first time I took it out I had 2 failures to fire/light primer strikes. The bolt had closed all the way on them so didn't really see any issue. 300+ rounds down range since then and haven't had another one. Kind of just chalked it up to needing to be broke in. Accuracy was another issue I had but that was no fualt of the gun or the upper. After putting the vortex 6-24x50 with a better mount the accuracy was excellent. Spot on with what to expected or better. Customer service is great. I would give Barrier Defense as a whole 9.5 out of 10. Only thing I can really ding them on is the coating. It wears off like paint. thats it. What a GREAT compamy to stumble across.
