In General

To eliminate noise, I lined the inside walls, near the top, with carpet, lined the inside of the top with carpet (with a port hole) and lined the outside of the top with carpet, with a port hole, and wrapped around the side with a belt strap tightening it to the can.

Making a bullet trap can be extremely dangerous. Do not try it. This video is for entertainment purposes only.
The 30 gallon container took only 5 bags of mulch.
