California DOJ Goes Too Far With 30 Day Delays

The California DOJ BOF has been playing games with the rights of Californians delaying firearm transfers 30 days. Campos v. Bonta is a lawsuit brought by the FPC to stop this from happening in the future and to hold California's DOJ accountable for its actions.
