California Judge Rules Semiautomatic Rifles Not Covered By 2nd Amendment

The judge is ignorant of the facts of how firearms and ammunition work. The judge is also ignorant of the history of firearm laws in America. The citizens of this country should have access to any weapon that the military or law enforcement have access to, with the exception of nuclear or biological and any lethal chemical weapons. I believe the 2nd Amendment does not limit us as to what "arm" we can have. As long as the citizens have the ability to fight off any part of the government that may subjugate them by force, the 2nd Amendment is doing what it was put in place for.

It isn't about self-defense (specifically), hunting, collecting, training or competition/ sport. It is about the deterrence against foreign invasion or our government trying to crush liberty and turn the citizens into subjects. The fact that you can hunting with guns, or conceal carry or collect guns or go to a training/ competition event, can occur lawfully because the Second Amendment exists, but that was not the reason it was created.

The government wants to disarm us, because they fear us. Good. That is what our founding fathers wanted.

IANAL but isn't this on the Ninth Circuit, the one that gets overturned in higher courts constantly on everything because they don't decide cases correctly?

The 2nd Amendment does not distinguish between "arms." I am not a lawyer but I can read the letter of the law and this judge is a liar, therefore this judge should be removed from the bench.

It's like she's never even read the second amendment. Get these fucking judges out of the courts, this is fucking ridiculous. They are just making shit up at this point.
