Camdex JS-6300 New Parts and Replacement

My name is Drew, I own a company called Ammunition Manufacturing Products, I design and build reloading machinery, and replacement parts
for all kinds of ammunition equipment. I build a lot of replacement parts for this particular customer's aging fleet of Camdex JS-6300
loading machines. I also do service and support of Ammoload Mark X pistol machines, and I provide control upgrade kits for a variety of
older loading machines. If you have questions, feel free to e-mail me [email protected] or my cell phone number is on my website:

This is a replacement Case Processor Plate for a Camdex JS-6300 one of my customers has (he has several of these machines).

We converted this machine many years ago to process .45 Colt brass for his reloading operation, which greatly reduces operator
fatigue during loading, and allows us to clean the brass including the primer pocket using a wet media method. This makes for cleaner,
better polished brass, and helps keep the machines much cleaner than they would be otherwise, also since now the brass is already sized,
it can be run through the loading machinery in the same fashion as new brass. This means we don't have to change tooling on the
loading machines.

An ongoing problem for this machine has been primers not ejecting properly, which seems to have something to do with a batch of Federal
large pistol primers that get too smashed when fired in a .45 Colt lever action rifle. By using this new plate it greatly improves the
space underneath and allows sticky primers to be dropped out in a later station without stopping or jamming the machine. This is a
massive improvement, and seeing as how this customer reloads up to 10,000 rounds of .45 Colt per week this is going to help him quite
a bit.
