This was a fun pour for my wife and I as we were unable to have the counters removed to make a bank for the epoxy pour. Behind the scenes we silicone sealed the sinks and were faced with challenges as the large, natural, crack in the women's bathroom went all the way through to the bottom, with no room on the side to install any type of proper banking. We sealed the bottom by using tyvek tape from below to create a floor, and still allow us access to the tape for removal. Then we used silicone to fill the bottom of the well and used tyvek to bank the sides (this was challenging as the lack of space prevented us from being able to obtain a good seal, we lost about 8oz of epoxy in the process and wound up waiting for the remaining epoxy to set in order to truly have a seal). Once the well was fully sealed the rest of the pour went without a hitch and the color selection was absolutely captivating.
