DANGERS OF OVER PENETRATION - SH007ER

A bullet passing through a threat and continuing with the potential to cause unintentional damage to a bystander or object is a situation commonly described as over-penetration. In today's video, Ed Thorell discusses the topic of over-penetration and how a recent So. Cal. resident lost his life from being hit by a stray bullet from his neighbor's next door apartment. Ed also talks about different types of ammo designed for CCW holders and their differences in application and mitigation of over-penetration.
