HR 3962, submitted by Rep. Bonnie Watson (D-NJ) looks to BAN online ammunition sales. This craziness looks to require the federally licensed ammo dealer to verify the ID of the purchaser in-person which seems impossible.

It also looks to make sales over 1,000 rounds in a 5-Day period a reportable offense.
