This is the Diamondback - DB15 Diamond Pistol, 7.62x39, 7", MBUS, 9" M-Lok Rail, Tailhook Brace, Black, 30-rd rifle that the Tactical Ginger bought and, like most his guns, was probably expensive and isn't running. The root cause of this is the chamber of the gun holding onto the rounds (which were polymer coated tulammo) and not extracting. I think the combination of the pistol gas system extracting at too high of pressure/over-gassed and the chamber not being to spec is what caused the failures to extract/stuck casings.
