Do you have the link to file containing the front rail specs/dimensions?

I'm not entirely sure how to download vids from Gunstreamer. You could just use archive.is to save the pages

I know of a site called "keepvid" it allows you to rip videos from most sites. Also vlc player may have a way to do it.

I scaled it up by x10 and it looks about right. Did you save this model scaled in centimeters instead of millimeters? Also the inside faces for the facing jigs look like the have a bit of convex to them, is that to help hold the material?

The convex is to prevent the blocks from either getting stuck or getting wedged in the jig. The first jigs didn't have the wedge and they would try and get stuck in a corner.

And as far as the scaling goes - STLs have no units, so it's up to the CAD software to export them in the same format as your slicer is expecting. Inventor exported these in cm, so if your slicer is expecting mm, you have to scale up by 10.

So I downloaded the jig set, but when I put the STLs into cura they are only a few milimeters in dimension.
