Yes, this is what I had experienced with Taurus. It was really bad. My buddies that own their own gun store even stated that they could never get someone from the Taurus staff to get information on guns they turned in. That was sad

If your gun breaks it is hell getting it fixed. They don't answer their phone and it takes forever getting it worked on and repaired

Was this your personal experience? I have heard that before and it seems to eb and flow as to how "good" their customer service is. What did you see on wait times? I looked at their current repair policy and they are saying 8 weeks. To me that seems reasonable.
